Landlord-Reference consolidates real-world information to supplement an applicant’s Credit, Criminal and Background Report to provide a more complete and accurate view of their renting past and future. Landlord-Reference provides the information needed to enable a Landlord to fully evaluate the applicant’s associated strengths and risks to create a lease for virtually anyone.

Rob is the CEO of Insight Data Services, Inc. He drives the company’s vision, strategy and growth as it provides ever-evolving tools and processes to improve the residential rental industry.
Rob has over 20 years of business experience across various industries and over 15 years in property ownership and management. Rob has held progressive leadership roles in manufacturing, management consulting, technology, financial services, and business services. His career has focused on guiding organizations to become more operationally and financially efficient.
Rob and his wife relocated to Portland Oregon where they again became renters after years of home ownership. Based on his experiences as a Landlord and again as a Renter, he knew there had to be a better way for everyone! From this, Insight Data Services, Inc. was born.
Rob holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, a M.S. in Engineering Management from Northwestern University, and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management
